About PawMugz
– We sell made-to-order mugs produced after you place an order.

Ordering & Payment
– Prices and currency are shown at checkout; taxes may apply.
– Payment is captured at checkout. Orders are reviewed and may be cancelled/refunded if suspected fraud.

Production & Shipping
– Items are made to order; timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
– Risk of loss passes to the carrier when the order is handed off. We still help resolve lost/damaged shipments (see “Returns & Refunds”).

Returns & Refunds (defects-only)
– Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size/design, or other buyer’s remorse.
– If your item is damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or lost in transit, email support@pawmugz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order # and clear photos (include shipping label for damaged boxes).
– Once verified, we’ll replace or refund the affected item(s). Physical returns are not required unless we ask for one.

Cancellations & Order Edits
– Request within 2 hours of purchase; if production has started, we might not be able to cancel or change the order.

Addresses & Return-to-Sender
– If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship once the correct address is confirmed; reship fee may apply.

Accounts & Your Info
– If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Intellectual Property
– All artwork, designs, logos, text, and site content are owned by PawMugz and/or licensors. Do not copy, reproduce, or use without permission.

Acceptable Use
– Don’t use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful activities; don’t attempt to interfere with the site’s security or operation.

Warranties & Liability
– The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
– To the maximum extent allowed, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law
– These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada (without regard to conflict of laws). Venue: Alberta, Canada.

Changes to Terms
– We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
