Welcome to PawMugz. By using pawmugz.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent orders. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Products

Our mugs are made-to-order print-on-demand items. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the printed product. Designs and characters are humorous, original artwork created for PawMugz.

Returns

Damaged, defective or misprinted mugs are replaced or refunded free within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns for change of mind. See the Refund policy for details.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, and branding on this site are the property of PawMugz and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
