Our guarantee

Every PawMugz mug is printed to order just for you, so returns work a little differently than at a big-box store. We always stand behind our print quality.

If something is wrong, we fix it free

If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Email pawmugz@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the issue. That is it.

Change of mind or wrong item ordered

Because each mug is custom made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for ordering the wrong design or size. Please review your selection before checking out. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us fast. If it has not gone to print yet, we will do our best to fix it.

Lost in transit

If tracking stalls or your order does not arrive, reach out and we will work with the carrier to sort it out.
