Refund policy

Made to order
– Every PawMugz item is produced on demand. We don’t accept returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong item.

If there’s a problem
– For damaged, misprinted, wrong item, or lost package, email support@pawmugz.com within 7 days of delivery.
– Include order number and clear photos (item + close-up of issue; include shipping label if box is damaged).

What we’ll do
– Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item(s).

Cancellations / edits
– Request within 2 hours of ordering. If production has started, we may not be able to change or cancel.

Address issues / return-to-sender
– If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship once the address is confirmed; reship fee may apply.

Physical returns
– Don’t send anything back without approval. Made-to-order items typically don’t require returns
