Shipping & Delivery

Every PawMugz mug is made to order just for you, so there's a short production step before it ships.

• Production: 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your mug.
• Transit: a few more days by tracked mail.
• Typical total: about 7–12 business days from order to doorstep across Canada and the US.

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Orders ship from our North American print partner, so there are no surprise customs fees for Canadian or US orders.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is lost or badly delayed in transit, contact us at pawmugz@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
