Shipping and delivery

Every PawMugz mug is made to order, so there is a short production step before it ships.

• Production: 2 to 5 business days to print and quality check your mug.
• Transit: a few more days by tracked mail.
• Typical total: about 7 to 12 business days from order to door in Canada and the US. International orders can take longer.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the number of mugs. Orders ship from our North American print partner. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your mug ships.

Please double check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship once the address is confirmed and a reship fee may apply.
